As many of you know, my precious Grandmother passed away on Saturday, after being given about a week to live. We're heading out in about an hour for our drive down to Florida for the funeral. Hubby is officiating the service as he did with my Grandfather's.I want to thank you guys. So many of you have poured out your love and prayers for me and my family. I'm so appreciative, and blessed. I've not much to say right now, but I will certainly blog again when I return. I have a special tribute that I'd like to post about this very special lady who played such a great role in why I'm who I am today.

My prayers are with you. I was very close to my grandmother and when she passed away, it was very hard. I still think about her every time I see bananas, purple and special flowers that she loved, or anything dealing with WWII.
You have my complete sympathy for your loss. I hope you are able to remember all the good times you had with her, even through your grief.
My condolences. From her picture, she looks like a classy lady with lots of stories to tell. I'm so sorry for your loss.

What great gals you are! Thank you so very much, from the bottom of my heart. It's been a difficult week, but we are laughing as much as we are crying. I have to thank Mam-maw for that. She always gave us such great material to use. ;-) XOXO
